Introduction

I’m Shayne and I identify as a white, queer, and genderfluid geek who uses Any/All pronouns. As a holistic psychotherapist, I focus on mental, physical, and spiritual wellness, empowering my clients as they journey toward their own version of healing.

Being both genderfluid and queer, I am able to use my personal experience in my work with transgender and gender-questioning clients, as well as their families as they navigate their shifting relationships with their loved ones.  Additionally, I work with individuals within alternative spiritualities, helping them move through religious trauma and guiding them toward their version of a healthy spiritual life.

We all deserve to feel fulfilled, and I aim to assist those who hope to gain new insights and develop new skills to reach self-actualization.

What it’s like to see me as a therapist

Your experience with me as your therapist will be, I hope, both enjoyable and deeply insightful.

With each individual, I tailor my therapeutic methods to their unique needs and provide a safe space free of judgment to encourage openness and establish genuine, lasting connections.

While my modalities help my clients expand their awareness and deeply explore their identities, I also prefer to engage in lots of light hearted banter with them. Therapy may sometimes be a difficult and frightening journey, that does not mean we can’t find comfort and laughter together along the way.

About Me

There’s a real person behind this profile too! I consider myself an adventurer, a storyteller, a spiritual seeker, and a nerd. I’m married to a wonderful, non-binary artist, and am the parent of about thirty happy houseplants, two rascally rats, and one bashful ball python.

During downtime I enjoy hiking through Valley Forge, window shopping in the mall, playing D&D with my spouse and friends, and spending cozy afternoons making art with a cup of hot tea close by.
