Introduction

Hi! I’m Jenn (she, they) and I identify as a cisgender, heterosexual female. I’m the mom of a beautiful transgender daughter. I’m originally from the beautiful state of WV and moved to PA during the pandemic. I am very open in my support of LGBTQIA+ rights and am a proud ally.

What it’s like to see me as a therapist

Through my life experience, I discovered I enjoyed listening to and helping people and getting to share their journeys in life. I went back to school later in life and became a counselor. While I’ve always been an ally of LGBTQIA+ people and have worked with transgender teens, when my child came out as transgender, I realized that I could help other parents of transgender children, as well as all of my other clients.
