Ongoing peer support group for adults over 18 years old. Mixed group for trans female, trans male and non binary individuals.

Group runs every week, at 12 week intervals. Join for 12 weeks initially. Decide every 12 weeks if you want to continue for the next 12 weeks.
Meets weekly, Thursdays, via Telehealth/Zoom, 7:00pm-8:00pm.
Group content is therapist-led. The content includes peer support, therapeutic processing and psycho-education (emotional regulation skills, etc).
$35/group/week.

Group content is therapist-led. We will be using Critical Core which was specifically designed to be used in group therapy.

We are founded with the belief that all people deserve the freedom to express their gender how they choose. To that end, we provide a range of services to serve anyone of trans experience, and their friends, families and partners. You can find help for your gender questions, and support for your gender questioning teen. You can also tackle your questions around your sexuality, and you will always find every session grounded in a solid foundation of general mental health.
